For more than 10 years, O.A.R Construction owner William Reeves has specialized in luxury residential remodels and commercial space build outs in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University in 2013 and then went on to become a licensed general contractor in the state of Florida in 2019 after passing the state G.C exam.
